Killing those who insult Islam or Mohamed

Many people claim that under Sharia the one who insult The prophet Mohammad, Allah or Islam will face the death penalty. They even try to talk as an experts and provide some verses from the Quran and th hadith to proof their point of view.

One of the verses that is used is their claims is the verse Quran (6:93) : "Who can be more wicked than one who invent a lie against Allah?" they claim that the death penalty is prescribed for lesser crime, and it stands to reason that it should be imposed for the most "wicked".

We would like to mention here that this is a part of the verse and the translation is very bad.

Here is the full verse of the Quran (6:93) is :

And who is more unjust than one who invents a lie about Allah or says, "It has been inspired to me," while nothing has been inspired to him, and one who says, "I will reveal [something] like what Allah revealed." And if you could but see when the wrongdoers are in the overwhelming pangs of death while the angels extend their hands, [saying], "Discharge your souls! Today you will be awarded the punishment of [extreme] humiliation for what you used to say against Allah other than the truth and [that] you were, toward His verses, being arrogant."

Allah is this verse is not talking about the insult, he is talking about the liars, any person knows the different between the insult and the lie, and Allah called them "unjust" not "wicked"

Allah didn't talk about their punishment in life, he is talking about those liars and how they will be when they face death, they will see "the angels extend their hands" [saying], "Discharge your souls! Today you will be awarded the punishment of [extreme] humiliation for what you used to say against Allah other than the truth and [that] you were, toward His verses, being arrogant." Allah is talking about their punishment after life.

Their claim that the death penalty is prescribed for lesser crime is a naive claim, the death penalty is for the Spy, Killer, Rapist and The one who spread corruption in the earth, all of this crimes are not less than being wicked or being unjust.

Let's look at the other two verses

Quran (33:57) - "Lo! those who malign Allah and His messenger, Allah has cursed them in this world and the Hereafter, and has prepared for them the doom of the disdained"

Quran (33:61) - [continues from above] "Accursed, they will be seized wherever found and slain with a (fierce) slaughter."

We wonder where is (33:58), (33:59) , (33:60 )? Why they are not written in the claim and they jumped from the verse 57 to the verse 61 ?

Let's see the whole verses together then

Quran (33:57) Indeed, those who abuse Allah and His Messenger - Allah has cursed them in this world and the Hereafter and prepared for them a humiliating punishment.

They are cursed, nothing here to mention that they should be killed, Here is what they are hiding

Quran (33:58) And those who harm believing men and believing women for [something] other than what they have earned have certainly born upon themselves a slander and manifest sin.

Allah is talking about another subject

Quran (33:59)O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful.

Allah is talking about something else

Quran (33:60) If the hypocrites and those in whose hearts is disease and those who spread rumors in al-Madinah do not cease, We will surely incite you against them; then they will not remain your neighbors therein except for a little.

Allah is talking about the hypocrites and those who spread rumors in al Madina in Saudi Arabia, He is not talking about any hypocrites.

Quran (33:61)Accursed wherever they are found, [being] seized and massacred completely.

This was the verse that is used to proof that Islam encourage killing those who insult Islam or Mohamed, from the context its shown that this verse is about the hypocrites and those who spread rumors in al Madina in Saudi Arabia.

The Quran's Verses that ISIS is hiding from you

Talking about Insult, it's not logical to Insult someone or his religion and accuse him with violence when he can't control his emotion. No one will accept to be insulted and the Morales is against insulting others. the free speech doesn't mean that you are allowed to insult any person or a group.
